Following Lancashire being moved into Tier 3 and their gyms and leisure centres being allowed to stay open, while Halton’s are closed, I have contacted the Health Secretary, Matt Hancock. I think it is disgraceful that our gyms and leisure centres are closed and have urged him to reverse the decision to close them and allow them to re-open. You can read the letter below.
